It is one of the most important, well-known and extensive beaches in the province of Alicante. It is 3000 metres long and 80 metres wide. Located between Huertas Cape and Campello Dog Beach.
When you visit this beach, you will find an extensive area of fine golden sand and clean, calm waters. Every year this beach receives thousands of tourists who come to enjoy a pleasant moment and, in spite of so many visitors, there is always space.
Ideal for sharing with the family, running, reading, walking and visiting the Huertas Cape Lighthouse. Water sports such as paddle surfing, windsurfing and kayaking are also permitted.
It offers different services to its visitors such as: showers, toilets, footbaths, local police, tourist office, children's playgrounds, areas for playing volleyball, beach volleyball, football, ultimate. It is fully accessible for disabled people.
Next to the beach we find the promenade along which we can sit on the benches and enjoy the view or walk, visit the skate park, sculptures, viewpoints and a wide range of shops, bars, chiringuitos, ice-cream parlours and restaurants to enjoy the best rice dishes.
To get to this marvellous place, we can do it walking, easy level. By Tram, take lines 1 and 3 to the Costa Blanca stop. By bus, take lines 21, 22 and 38 to the Costa Blanca - Holanda stop. By car, take the Av. de Niza at the Peñon de Ifach street.
As for parking, there are many free public parking areas along the promenade.
