Puerto Rico beach is one of the artificially created beaches of Mogán. It is an urban beach with all kinds of services and a great gastronomic and leisure offer. We are in the south of Gran Canaria, the area with the most hours of sunshine and the best climate in Europe, so you can enjoy it all year round. It is 300m long and has a lot of space, from areas of 110m to the smallest of 40m with large areas of sunbeds and umbrellas.

This beach has white sand that makes the water look turquoise and reminds us of the beaches of the Caribbean because of those tones. It has two breakwaters that protect it from the open sea and give it a gentle swell, making it an ideal place to go with children. Surrounding the beach we have a promenade with a wide range of restaurants on the beach and shops where you can buy swimwear and all kinds of products for the beach. There are also two shopping centres, one closer to the beach and the other further away.

The marina is right next door, separated by a dyke, from where you can enjoy a wide range of water sports activities, boat or catamaran trips in the area, dolphin and whale watching, among other things. In the activities section you can see all the activities on offer in the area.

There is a car park before reaching the beach and another at the port, although they fill up quickly so you will have to arrive early or leave your car in one of the nearby streets or a little further away. You can get there by bus (guagua) here you can check the bus routes and timetables. There is a large car park with a special area for motorhomes without services up the ravine and passing under the GC-1 motorway.
