Mallorquí Cove

It is a small virgin and rocky cove of about 50 meters long and about 5 meters wide. Its location is on the Calpe-Moraira road. After driving through the streets of an urbanization, we will reach one with the sign "dead end road". We will park our vehicle in the adjacent streets and it is then when we will start the path down to it through some stairs.

Way down to the cove.

Upon reaching the bottom, we will find a cove arranged in rocky platforms and some coarse sand. It is advisable to use booties or similar footwear, as these platforms may be covered by algae, which generates that the terrain may be somewhat slippery.

We recommend this place for the practice of aquatic activities such as snorkeling for the clarity and tranquility of its crystal clear waters.

Views at the foot of the cove.

Given the unevenness of the terrain and the unevenness little adapted, we recommend for the practice of kayaking or paddle surfing that you have an inflatable equipment that is lighter to carry to the shore. You can also visit it starting this route from the nearest coves (Les Bassetes Cove or Calalga Cove).

Near this place we will find the well-known Benisa Ecological Promenade, from which we can also reach this cove. This is a coastal route that runs through the coves of this town where we will enjoy this beautiful enclave and learn about the botany and geology characteristics of this place through information panels arranged along the route. The turquoise of the Mediterranean under our feet will not leave anyone indifferent.

Panoramic view from the ecological road.

Since it is a virgin beach, it does not have any services.
