La Manzanera Beach

It is a small cove of about 40 meters long and about 5 meters wide. It is located in the urbanization La Manzanera, known for the red buildings designed by the architect Ricardo Bofill in the 70's, through which we will walk until we reach a street with a dead end road sign.

Although we can access with our vehicle to almost the shore, we recommend parking in the streets in the vicinity, as it would hinder access to other visitors.

Upon arrival, we will find a cove of pebbles with a low occupancy level even in the summer season, as it tends to be frequented mainly by locals. Its crystal clear waters, tranquility and posidonia meadows make this place ideal for snorkeling, as well as to relax enjoying the wonderful views of the Peñón de Ifach and the Serra Gelada (Benidorm).

It is also a good place to start a paddle surfing or kayaking route since, as we mentioned in this post, we can transport and unload our equipment on the shore.

Some information we want to add about this place:

We recommend the use of booties.

Not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

It has no aid station or surveillance.

La Cala Manzanera se situa junto a la Urbanización La Manzanera, lo malo de esta cala es que es demasiado pequeña, son 40m de longituda pero a la vez que es pequeña es acogedora ya que tiene unas aguas bastante tranquilas...
