The city centre beach in Villajoyosa, 1190m long, 30m on average and with fine sand, starts in front of the colourful houses of the old town and ends in the sport and fishing port. This urban beach will captivate us, both for the quality of its waters and for its beautiful landscape, with a promenade and sets of palm trees that allow us to protect ourselves from the sun. Essential if you come here, take a walk to see the narrow streets of its historic center, walled area and its museum VilaMuseu, to learn the history of the ancient Allon, an important Roman city.
It is the neighbouring city of Benidorm, but here the tourism is much more balanced and we will not have the agglomerations of its beaches. In high season has surveillance services, red cross, wc, wooden walkways, playground for children, volleyball nets, inflatable castle in the sea, rental of hammocks and umbrellas, shower feet and access for the disabled. In the southern part we have rental of jet skis, paddle surf and kayak.
In the port we have the Ali-Sub diving center with which you can visit, among other places, the Roman wreck Bou Ferrer which has been under the sea for 2000 years, a sailing school and we can also rent jet skis or take a boat tour to Benidorm Island.
There is a promenade that runs along the beach and where we can find all kinds of restaurants that offer a multitude of gastronomic variety concentrated between the old town and downtown. Also in the area adjacent to the port are quite a few restaurants.

We have a public parking at the south of the beach, in an open field in front of the sea quite large. In the area of the port, the continuation of the promenade has some parking also.
